You write the first line, we write the rest! A line of dialogue from the audience will kick off a story that will take you on a journey of action, adventure, mystery and romance! You'll be laughing as the improvisers weave a complicated story inspired by a simple slip of paper you fill out before the show starts.

Improv Hamlet: Making Tragedy Fun

The Improv Guild is turning the greatest play ever written on its head. An Improv Hamlet: Making Tragedy Fun will be the first semi-scripted production in the history of the Improv Guild. Using the styles and techniques of improvisation as well as the words and themes of Shakespeare, actors from the Improv Guild will improvise their way through the timeless tale of murder, deception and revenge.

The result will be a part scripted, part improvised, part musical romp that is wholly entertaining and understandable to modern audiences. No two performances will be the same as each night audience suggestions will help determine the outcome.

Who is the King / Queen of the Impro Depot? Introducing the Improv Guild's brand new show featuring the fast-paced, all-in games you've come to enjoy. A squad of talented improvisers will work together with the host to craft a show that is highly entertaining, wholly engaging and fun from start to finish. Make your way to the Impro Depot on the last Thursday of every month to discover who will sit on our Throne of Games!
